Clit Stim Squeeze

Most women find that clitoral stimulation is the most effective way of achieving orgasm. If you want some variation in your masturbation routine take a look at our clitoral massage techniques and take some time to find your favourite route to an earth-shaking orgasm.

A favourite of ours is the Clit Stim Squeeze which as a masturbation technique involves a greater degree of movement to reach orgasm. Take a bullet vibe or slightly longer clitoral vibrator such as the discretion vibrator. Place the vibe between your legs against the outer length of the inner lips (basically the area you would focus on during usual clitoral massage). Close your legs and lie on your side for maximum movement. Squeeze against the vibrator whilst rocking your pelvis back and forth, squeezing your pelvic muscles as you would when building on orgasm. The rubbing against the vibrator will lead to climax and leave your hands free for nipple play too!

This squeezing technique can also be used directly after orgasm for a double whammy that usually leads to another climax in succession. The trick is to do it straight away whilst the sensitive pulsation remains in your clitoris.

You can also adopt this technique during the spoons position with your partner whereby penetration and clitoral massage can be enjoyed simultaneously.

The Diffusion Technique

Vibrators are the most effective sex toys as a tool for masturbation or an orgasmic aid to intercourse. The vibrations provide a stimulus that make every nerve ending stand to attention and can induce climax in record time. If your clitoris is particularly sensitive or it becomes sensitive at particular times of the month you can try keeping your panties on for masturbation. Simply slide your clitoral vibrator along the side of your inner labia and massage towards the centre of your clitoris using the material as a buffer zone. The vibrations can be felt but won't have your nerve ending twitching right down to your toes.

Similarly when approaching orgasm and arousal levels are at their maximum the vibrator can become too much stimulation, especially through the climax itself. During orgasm try the 'diffusion method' of placing two or three fingers between your vibrator and clitoris continuing to massage in your particular style. The vibration level will be softer and enable you to enjoy the waves of contraction while maintaining direct clitoral contact.

The Sausage Roll

If the thought of male masturbators makes you think of dismembered torsos and grotesque alien like latex creations, it may be time to take another look. Amongst the plethora of sex toys available the male section now houses some pretty attractive erotic accessories and masturbators can also make great couples sex toys, which can be incorporated into foreplay or used on your man as a masturbatory treat. Get him to put his feet up whilst you work a bit of masturbator magic, perhaps restraining him while you dominate proceedings or playing his favourite porn clip for sheer erotic indulgence.
A great technique for use with a male masturbator is the sausage roll. Take a soft penis sleeve masturbator of choice and apply plenty of sex lubricant. This is essential as the tug of the sex toy without a smooth slide can be painful on the sensitive skin of the penis particularly around the head.
Gently slip the penis inside, taking care to concentrate lube at the opening which is usually tight. Put your hands either side of the penis sleeve and roll it between your palms (which is why lots of lubricant is essential). Once you have built up a rolling rhythm introduce the masturbation move of an up and down stroke, this might feel tricky at first but the sensation will be amazing as the masturbator massages the penis and rolls around the sensitive areas of the foreskin.

Clitoral Play

When beginning with clitoral play its a good idea to apply a sex lubricant to the entire vulva including the clitoris, inner labia and outer labia. If you prefer insert a finger into your vagina and transfer your natural lubrication instead.

Get familiar with your clitoris and discover the most pleasurable parts to concentrate the stimulation. Use a finger tip to slowly rub the sides of your clitoris familiarising yourself with its size, shape and sensitive zones.

Run your finger or clitoral vibrator along the entire length, stimulating the inner clitoral and inner labia nerve endings. You will now begin to feel a plumpness in your lips and any further play should result in a heightened sensitivity.

When using a clit stim or your finger contract your pelvic muscles as you feel the pleasant sensations build up. Continue to 'pump' your pelvic muscles as the pleasure rises as it increases lubrication, assists the arrival of orgasm and intensifies the climax when it happens.
Try to stimulate the clitoris to the point of its 'erection' whereby it pops out from under the hood and can be clearly seen. Increase your speed on this area now in order to build towards climax.Direct pressure to this area is often too much for most women and using the inner lips to rub over the clit creates a buffer, enabling only the pleasant feelings from this sensitive area.
Breathing is an important part of masturbation and deeper breaths will carry more oxygen around the body aiding blood flow and making you feel more relaxed. Gently move your hips it can help to induce orgasm and makes the pelvic squeeze easier to maintain.

You may want to increase your massaging speed as orgasm approaches or if using a vibrator increase the vibration level in the latter stages of masturbation. Hold the pelvic muscles as you feel orgasm approaching and remember to take a big breath as your climax begins, it serves to send the pleasure right to the tips of your toes and extends the orgasmic experience.

Masturbation on Prescription

The electrically powered vibrator was invented by a Matthew Henley for the treatment of female hysteria, therefore the vibrator was conceived as a medical instrument rather than the sensual object we love today.

Female hysteria is an interesting one the symptoms including, bloating, anxiety, irritability, insomnia and a 'tendency to cause trouble'.

The remedy for this 'hysteria' was a pelvic massage, yes you have it a bloody good rubbing to the genital area.

So lets get this straight, the vibrator was in fact invented to masturbate women who attended the doctor in victorian times with pre-menstrual syndrome.

It was documented that doctors found this a 'chore' and 'time consuming' and at no time was the practice alluded to as sexual in nature.

At a time when sexual repression was rife amongst polite society you could in fact attend the doctors with raging PMS and get a free fanny rubbing with a vibrator to melt all of those niggling symptoms away. Whatever's happened to the NHS!

The Vagina Doctor Juicing Her Mangos

Samantha Bachman (AKA The Vagina Doctor) has been travelling the globe for many years working on behalf women in third world countries in relation to vaginal hygiene, sex education and menstrual issues.

Her journey into Africa introduced her to the practice of female genital mutilation and so began her global action to bring attention to, and erase this barbaric practise.

What better way to grab our attention than with The Mango Juicer, a sex toy like no other, able to juice mango's and juice your mango with its effective G Spot curve to the tip. Its cunning disguise enables its transit into countries where religious and cultural belief prevents the use of sex toys and female masturbation.

Profits are donated to charities working towards eradicating the practice of female genital mutilation so a much worthy purchase for any supporter of human rights and juicing mango's.
